This only happen me when i play my Cleveland lost all 4 of my guns...

Knowing that makes me feel warm and happy... Soz Dav, but Cleveland is the one ship I go out of my way to kill, even in my Myoko... I will happily trade Furu/Aoba/and even sometimes Myoko to sink one...

but today is module damage day

why cuz the last 3-4 days I haven't had the damage done to my modules that I am getting today.

just about every battle im getting  that many hits and damage to my modules on every ship and people wonder why players get pissed of at the game when RNG does this sort of thing.

and YES IT IS RNG that has an affect on the damage to your ship and modules and not just Good aiming of the players cuz with the dispersion of the guns at distance it is harder to hit what u are aiming at , its just fire and hope RNG is kind to you but today its been a total bitch

lost both guns

Lost all my guns!

....... when I upgraded the hull of my Mutsuki.....

I dream of a day when players will stop upgrading to the AA hulls on JP DDs.

Meanwhile I'm sitting here in my gun/torp hybrid Mutsuki enjoying life.

How to deal with US DDs in a JP DD:

Lower his hitpoints from a range where you're capable of dodging his salvos.

(Atleast above 7km, the higher range, the better)

Only fire broadside salvos if the US DD is distracted or you're sure to hit him.

How to make sure that your broadside salvo will hit him?

Fire the front/rear guns to aim in, then wait for the reload, turn and give him a full salvo.

Only ever enter close combat range with a US DD if he's distracted and easy torpedo food,

badly damaged, or afk.

"But I need to get closer than 7km to spot the US DD!"

If it's a 1v1 situation get close, and turn into a fighting retreat, focus on dodging until you reach

6-7 km then proceed as mentioned above.

Overall dealing with a US DD will take quite a lot longer than dealing with another JP DD due

to the focus being on dodging and dealing damage when and where possible.

Therefore US DDs should always be the focus target.

Note: It helps to launch torpedoes at less valuable enemy DDs to make them turn away.

Note²: Against an experienced US DD player you'll prolly get into a stalemate. Either one can win this one,

but it's prolly going to take some time and effort.

What happen if he distracting you for awhile to get you into the range of DPM machines? That's what I always do on IJN DD - to lead them to the shooting range of Omaha, Clevey, Phoenix and St. Louis...
