okay, first 3 fact

 

1. you NEVER, EVER, FOREVER found a 'fair fight' in war.

2. you WANT a fair fight in game

and how the hell this two gonna come together???

 

All world war 2 weapon are design to Overpower enemy as much as possible.

but in game, no one want any side to be OP right?

 

once weapon form WW2 are put into game, some need to buff up, and some need to be nerf (it may sound simple, it EXTREMELY hard for dev. team to decide) to make both side stand on equal ground.

 

to sum it up......

 

Only thing in this game that can be made realistic is.......

'Ship model'

that's all,

the rest is purely made up for the game.

 

oh yeah, last fact

3. No naval fleet battle in real life are finish within 20 minutes.

its and arcade game style  not everything will be perfect  and not a simulatior game ethier

These are not really facts but anyway... 

Commentary on "fact 1":

That is true. However who wants to fight in a battle where you have the odds stacked against you that you cannot win. That would be a waste of 20 mins, little to no XP and credits. Even the "pro" players will stop playing.

 

Commentary on "fact 2":

I don't think anyone is seriously suggesting to turn WoWS into an exact simulator. That would not be fun for 99.99% of players and would not be profitable. However the units in the game need to generally reflect their performance, or comparative performance, in real life (or planned performance if they were "paper" ships, i.e. not built and commissioned).

If the game is more unbalanced than balanced then the game will bot be fun and will not encourage the variety of play that rewards and encourages long term player numbers on the servers. No one will play a game where there are only 4 OP ships (DD, Cruiser, BB and CV) to play as the rest are not worth it. There NEEDS to be a general balance across the units and nations.

If you do not want balance and no resemblance to real life then we might as well make only 4 ships, one of each class, and be done with it.

Only an idiot will not want balance that is reflective, even comparatively speaking, of real life.

 

Commentary on "fact 3" - "No Naval Fleet Battle in real life are finish within 20 minutes".

Correction - the Battle of the Denmark Strait. Brits (Hood) opened fire at 5:52am. Hood sunk around 6:00am, Prince of Wales set smoke and retired from battle ~6:10am. 18 mins.

Of course that's one example but it shows that battles could happen in a short period.

The "fact" is also misleading. In the real world, captains and admirals have to take into account far more variables than what we do in a game. The loss of naval units that could be irreplaceable, the loss of life, the impact a loss or a carefully considered win or loss to the war effort or campaign, the relative skill and condition of their crew and ships, their mission goals which may not be conducive to starting a fight, etc.

All we care about is XP, Win/Loss ratio, fun factor and e-peen for kicking butt.

So - that fact cannot be used to support your argument here.

This game never tend to be realistic anyway ....

WG scrap the realistic part from thier game long time ago with since WoT still a new game .... they find that it hard to balance the game with realistic value so they just screw the realistic part and go for arcade style with simulation feeling .... you can tell by there so many paper tanks in the game even some tanks are made up by WG team themself ... including in WoWs that some ships are made up by WG just base on real project of another ship ...

yea, I expect modern navy game to be a battle of long-range missiles, BRRRRRRRRRT anti-missile weapons, carriers, & submarines.

So not convincing.
