The only warship I've played so far. Saving my free XP for the battleship Imperatritsa Mariya if/when it arrives.

Same here, I have Iwaki, Yuubari and Sims to make credits.

Arkansas will be used once I can savely effort the modules and Gremyashchy once there is a russian DD line...

I have yet to lay my hand on her. She's still a virgin, but she's MY virgin. :D:trollface:

Yeah, she's collecting dust. I'm still contemplating whether to jump straight to New York or enjoying lvl 4 grind.

I love my Arkansas, she is fully decked out and I have a ball....in PvE

Must admit, when the battle is over that side of the map, could really do with a rocket up her arse. Which is why I tend to go up the middle :izmena:

as you can see my stats for mine and ive played 32 battles 56% win rate so not to bad ive only just got it fully upgraded so im hoping it improves now

I guess most ppl don't use it cuz of its short range and the BIG fact it has no AA at all, but even if it did have AA how many aircraft u think it would shoot down anyways ??

aircraft will still attack you cuz u are a big fat battleship and not just cuz u don't have any AA .

any lone BB will be attacked by aircraft so the key is not to be alone as CV players don't tend to attack group of ships anyways

Played it once, didn't quite like it, it moves and turns like her namesake, the entire state of Arkansas

As with many people its now a floating casino in my harbor until I finally have the credits and the time to invest in learning how she plays.

For now I am in no immediate need for grinding credits nor xp and even if I did, I'd take Iwaki over her any day.

Keeping it solely to make retraining the USN commanders easier . It moves bloody slowly (It's a BB after all) and I dread having to take 4-5min to move from one side of "Two Brothers" to the other. Not to mention its.. lack of AA.. Can be frustrating.

For credit grinding , that's what my Iwaki is for.

Not a BB player, so it's just gathering dust in my port. It makes a nice fishing spot for my crews, at least. :teethhappy:

Ark is ok, but if there is an cv (usually there's 2 per battle), then your sunk. It has many guns, and I've been told it's accurate enough without the accuracy upgrade, which is 3 million creds.

It's less of an accuracy issue, more of the fact that the sheer number of guns makes the need for an accuracy upgrade less relevant. In the right hands, Arkansas' a pretty good seal-clubbing ship.

But if there's a CV on enemy team, especially Japanese one, then you'll get seal-clubbed :hiding:

Also, this thing is still highly vulnerable to those popular IJN DD, like Minekaze and even Isokaze. One reason why I prefer speed over armor on my BB is the fact that they can run away from DD and CA. As slow BB you'll mostly get eaten by those torpedoes sooner or later.

It's a typical low tier US BB, not too good but not too bad :/

But I don't like to play it :/
