Concealment Expert

In my opinion the Captains Skill "Concealment Expert" should be lowered to 4 Points. (10 Points total)

At the current Stage you need 15 Points or lets say it in exp.: round about 500.000

 

This is an important Skill for DD Driver and the only nice to have from the 5Point Row is the "Air supremacy" for Carrier to make them even more OP.

Because "Last Stand" is important as well (for a DD) it sums up in total to be 14 Points or 340.000 exp..

 

Coming to retrain a Commander:

To train a Commander with 14 Skill points to an other ship will be 80.000 exp., if you invest 200.000 Credits + approx 80 games. That´s far worth as crew-training in WoT, where you had just approx 50 battles to play to get your Tank to 100%. Furthermore; the next ship is during this time completely explored and your commander progress is still "0" because he needs 100% before he can further develop. 

 

Keep in mind that the total is 20 Points what you can have, or 7 Skill as maximum. Count this by yourself (last exp. * 1.5) and it will take ages to get there.
