Weird torp spread?

Can someone explain to me how a torp bomber could drop this tight spread and hit me with all 4 torps when i was sailing head on to them?

Put it into a bug report, plane A.I. auto drops had been doing these funny drops since cbt but last time the torpedoes were not that close to each other.

It sometimes occur when torp bombers were set to automatically attack enemy ship - seems to occur when bombers and the target ship is heading to each other. Though, bad luck.
