A Etna-class cruiser that ordered in Italy for the Thai Navy during 1938. And she was requisitioned by the Italian navy during World War II.

Her name "Naresuan", was named after the ancient Thailand King Naresuan the Great. This name is the original designation for the second ship of the Taskin-class cruiser. And it also adorned for a frigate in the 1990s.

Soviet Battleship Chesma, Tier VII

The ship is a "large armored gunship" design provided by the Soviet Naval Academy to the Navy Ministry. Although the design was only used as a technical reserve for preliminary research, it later became the reference object of Type-A and Type-B battleships.

Chesma referred to the initial indicators of the Soviet battleship and adopted the smaller 35000 tons as the displacement benchmark of the "large armored gunship". And she armed with the same 406 mm guns as the "Vladivostok-class battleship".

Chesma was named after a naval battle between Russia and Turkey in the 18th century - the Battle of Chesma. The name was also used for an Ekaterina II class battleship.

A large cruiser “Project X” which design in 1930s. She was developed from the Kirov-class, and she was the first step in the development of heavy cruisers in the USSR Navy.

Ordzhonikidze was designed on the standard display of 15500 tons, and armed with 12 240mm guns in 4 turrets. In order to support the light cruisers and destroyer leaders, her speed is very fast relative to other cruiser.

Ordzhonikidze was named after the unfinished ship of the Chapayev-class light cruiser. The name is derived from Grigoriy Konstantinovich Ordzhonikidze, who was one of the main leaders of the October Revolution and made an outstanding contribution to the construction of the Soviet Union in the 1920s.

American Battleship Indiana, Tier VII

The ship referred to the U.S. battleship plan in 1917 - 35800 tons, 10 406 mm guns, 10000 nautical miles endurance, and the same level of protection capability as the Tennessee class. The design was not approved for various reasons and became the prototype of the Colorado-class battleship.

The ship name "Indiana" comes from the first American battleship "Indiana (BB-1)", which is a state in the United States, and it is the US Navy tradition for name after the battleship by state's name.
