The remaining cost in cold hard cash is acceptable for a T10 ship that is decent. Not OP, not pathetic, quite well balanced. For the record, I got the ship in the first dockyard event. Did the booster packs early (at the end of the first week) and grinded enough to complete 4 directive levels. That first dockyard was different to all the subsequent dockyards. No phases, just a continuous tick 24/7. My PR landed in my port with something like 5 days to go. All the ongoing anger about it is misplaced. Sure it was possible to get for free, but the grind to do that was insane. Wargaming did explain the easiest way, which is what I did - only the ragers were not listening, choosing not to listen. Actually got the Puerto Rico in the first dockyard event, so I will be exchanging this 2nd one for either Steel or Doubloons. I wonder if i should bought the 6x1750 gold for the last stages or just straight up buy a tier 8 premium.
