I don't remember the Cherry Blossom was this dark. It is practically impossible to see the ships from above.

Also, the enemy aerodromes have bullcrap AA.

Hmmm. Well, I know ships could only see in a certain radius unless they had radar.

I suppose, since planes are above, it does make sense that it’s harder to spot ships.

I mean, there is a reason why the Enemy planes only come out in the day.

Maybe you’re meant to do the same thing and wait till daylight 😛

I don't have this issue. Maybe it's the same 'fog visibility' setting in graphics? I can't recall the right name.

Or maybe try playing around with the graphics settings.

I'm not using any graphic-related mods. I only have some voice mods, which shouldn't affect the graphics at all.

Maybe it has something to do with the lighting update they pulled out after Cherry Blossom was taken away from the rotation years ago. I mean the one that turned the Sarushima Base port to be gloomy. Both Hermes & Ultimate Frontier are not even this dark.

I think it may be the problem of some visual mods or graphic setting
