At first, I'm from Japan, so sorry for my poor English.
Today, I would like to suggest my MOD "Hyakumantenbara Salome Voice MOD ".

Who is "Hyakumantenbara Salome (壱百満天原サロメ )" ?:

She is a Japanese virtual YouTuber(=Vtuber) who belongs to "NIJISANJI" alongside other Vtubers.

Features:

This mod changes crew voices into Vtuber "Hyakumantenbara Salome" voices.

Installation:

1.  Extract the .zip file you downloaded.  You can find "banks" folder in the .zip file.

2.  Open WoWs folder "World_of_Warships" in your computer, and copy "banks" folder as below.

    World_of_Warships/bin/xxxxxxx(usually the biggest number)/res_mods/banks/Mods/Hyakumantenbara_Salome

3.  Run the game and open AUDIO settings.

4.  Choose "Hyakumantenbara_Salome" at "Voiceover modification".
     Choose "Custom" at "Sound preset" and maximize "Voice message volume" as shown by the figure below.
     The volume of voices other than crew voices (e.g., button-clicking voices) can be adjusted using the "Interface volume".

Uninstallation:

Just delete "Hyakumantenbara_Salome" folder you copied at installation Step2.

!!----------ATTENSION------------!!:

WoWS UI sound has been revamped since version 0.11.7.

Because of this, the voices that used to play when you clicked on something at the port no longer works.
I have tried everything I can and still can't figure out how to fix it.
I apologize for this.

I have confirmed that this mod works fine in version 12.0
