question for WG staff or tester, is Cherbourg/Toloun HE 17% fire chance is intended or bugged?

this doesnt make sense.....

Algerie/Charles Martel 203mm 15% fire chance

Henry 240mm 22% fire chance

Congress 305mm 27% fire chance

Azuma 310mm 27% fire chance

Breast 330mm 35% fire chance

Cherbourg 130mm secondary 9% fire chance

Considered Frenchies is good fire starter nation, the fire chance on Cherbourg and Toulon is not normal.... therefore i need to ask question wherever this is intentional or simply bug?

 

also KRI Siliwangi Depth Charge number is also weird. Fenyang, Loyang and mostly other DD have 2x10 depth charge drop, meanwhile KRI Siliwangi only 2x2 depth charge. also the dual purpose AA main gun is missing. Ognevoi as the same type ship have dual purpose AA gun.

It was 17% since they announce 4 month ago.
