If WG is taking player UX into account, then the game would not have fiasco after fiasco from 2018 till present. It is clear that WG is more focused on monetization schemes for greed and not the UX. It is also clear that WG is only listening to what they want to hear and throw out everything else. Corporate politics (promotion or hide failure and waste company time, money, and resources or does not accept UX reality, etc ) The only time WG will listen, is when WG lose their bottom line.
