1、First of all I think the balance of a submarine is its survivability, captain skill 4-5: now increased from 25% to 50% makes the submarine more found in the later stage, many ships can't catch up with the submarine. Captain Skill 4-2: This skill becomes difficult to succeed. Judging from the whole big data, the damage of the submarine is not much higher than the expulsion of the same level, but it is weaker than the same level at the low level.This test feels that it has strengthened the survivability of the submarine and weakened the output of the submarine. Did WG make the opposite judgment?

2、Regarding the deletion of the epicenter battle in PVP, this is what players want to see, but adding the arms race  mode will not disrupt the balance of PVP, making it difficult for players to turn around.If possible arms race mode can return in special mode instead of PVP.
