Recent game tonight - red sub hit me with 17 torps as I ran for my life - didn't get away. That red sub also dev struck a Hindy on my flank.  I managed a single depth charge hit on him for 727 hp damage (including flooding). He took 77K from me with torp hits alone, over 35K with flooding on top. Fun and engaging.

Sub on my team had less than 200 base xp. Bottom of the result screen and he was last member of the team still alive when the points timed out.

Not really.

Unlike the regular CVs, the super CVs have mechanics that allow them to bypass enemy AA and not have to worry about plane conservation.

Not all the recent presidents I'm sure. I 100% don't like Trump but Biden isn't really that much better (for different reasons), definitely none of them is FDR good.

ah the tactical squadron LOL... the speed is basically auto immune flak. also no plane conservation. this also happened with Kearsarge and Ise plane....

also attack pattern is different compared to normal squadron... allow you to dodge flak vertically :V

yeah, that is why SUB should be released already.... noob keep getting freeeee TX submarine as tester ship... if its released atleast they are experienced enough to play the line first.

More like United States was overbuffed just before release.

It got a much needed buff to its armour, and the tactical torpedo bombers were tweaked slightly so it is harder to get the full damage. But then WG also decided to add an extra plane to the rest of the other tactical squadrons for some reason...

Ironically enough, a skilled Eagle driver can still snipe US with relative ease. Eagle's carpet bombers can penetrate US' deck & deal up to 20k damage in a strike.

The only dreadful thing about US is the torp bomber squadron. But considering that it works effectively against things it was originally designed for. I see no issue with it. The decreasing number of BB players in T10 is a long overdue change.
