Are there females who play this game?

I am not looking for hookups. However in many other games, there are indeed females who make up the minority part of the playerbase. So back to the question, are there any?

A more polite form of phrasing it would be to replace 'females' with 'women'.

A few, there are the occasional one or two Aussie/Kiwi women I run into from time to time.

Military history is often a more male-attracting subject and WW2 sometimes moreso.

So it's not surprising.

My missus is as much of a gamer as I, but she couldn't care less for the military aspect. She tried the game anyways because she wanted to understand it better.

She found the gameplay overly simplistic and the pace too slow.

I'm still chuffed she even bothered to try.

I have a friend who used to sealclub at T4. It has been quite a while since she dropped the game.

But I recall NA has some. Little White Mouse (a.k.a. the Premium Ship Reviewer) for instance. There was also Femenenly (I forgot how to spell it), who used to be a CC, and was known to be the "Queen of RTS CV".

Why don’t you just make an anonymous poll? 
Something along the lines of “curious about how many women play this game, what gender do you identify as? Male/female/other/not saying.”

I am not a native English speaker, and I thought "females" covers wider range of ages than "women"

This game is anything but the former though. The latter is indeed true.

this polling in invalid, there is no attack helicopter gender. if i am not mistaked or forget there is vtuber or streamer playing WoWs for a momentarily....

also dont trust women in online games.... back in the seal online era i made grave mistake and it was really akward..... yeah she is women buuuuttt...... ehm, better forget it.

I did suggest to Raika they put “other”, you know, just to be inclusive. But they went with just the two because:

Sure just send me a request in game. I ensure that my clan maintains an active playerbase. I usually kick those idle for a very long time without a good reason unless they have given me notice beforehand. Need to maintain the oil contribution. Haha

Actually, you can't tell the sex of players in the game. Many female captains are fighting on the virtual sea.

Yesterday in rank someone said, "hmm, the snow on the ship is just like flour."

Another said, "the Russian care much about visuals than balance."

 I said, "it's beautiful!"

Then, silence.....
