Commander skill : seriously no last stand? and priority target? turret traverse is minor upgrade.....

the turret traverse is already fast. no need for another upgrade. the playstyle is around long range HE spam with speedy gun and run. better use dispersion upgrade, for 5th slot its the generic concealment upgrade.... ITS HAVE BONUS dispersion if enemy firing at you.... since you gun and run, you will need it anyway.

the last 6th slot is preferential.... either more range or reduced reload.... but in the current asia meta i will go for the lulz.... RANGE

 

and PICK SPOOD BEEST.... spotter plane is useless without plane cooldown commander skill!

Change Expert marksman to Expert Loader

Equip last stand, the whole french line  breaks 24/7 easily

If you use rudder mod 2, then the rudder repair time is only 8 seconds

Also last stand's usage is pretty limited on Henri IV

Why don't you use some of that free XP? First thing I always do on a new ship is unlock all stock modules.
