CV's Fighter: Consumable action time 600s

Hi everyone!

Could you please tell me why the Consumable action time can be last for 600s on CV's Fighter?

I don't play CV much. Just see it today.

Because that's the only way a CV can defend itself from the enemy CVs (& hybrid ships) since the rework happened. Even more so for the Japanese CVs due to their weak AA.

The fighters do have limited ammo though, mostly only enough to shoot down a full squadron of same tier CVs. When they run out of ammo, the consumable will deactivate itself regardless the consumable's remaining active duration..

This is for the ship fighters, so similar to those launched by a BB, just that they last longer, and you get better ones.

The fighters that CV squadrons place down are different.
