I'll be getting either 25k dubs (50k) or 50k dubs (100k). Everything I get will be at 50% discount due to the Bday coupon. Question is, do I spend it on Santa crates or just buy the ships outright in the armory? I'm missing about 40 ships on the T5-T7 list, 33 ships from the T8-T9 list and 18 ships from the T10-rare list. So I'm mising a lot. 1) Do I buy small/medium crates to try and fill up the low tier ships first, then move on to mega crates? 2) Do I just buy the mega crates and hope for the best (120 mega crates) 3) Do I just buy the ships I want in the armory? I want 8 ships @ 82k dubs including coupons. Although there are many ships only available from the santa crates I still want. 4) Do I buy the low tier ships in the armory to try and cancel them in the drops? 5) Do I buy 3-4 ships I want most out of the armory and save the rest for future spending? 6) Do I save my money and buy the wife something nice? OK I can't answer all those questions but I did crunch some numbers in a spreadsheet to work out what crates were best bang for dollar for ships, camos and prem time. Ships - Megas Camos - Bigs Prem time - Mega BUT... Expendable Camos are no long worth getting crates for due to numbers, even on Bigs, most folks are getting maybe 100/AUD$65 Ships are pretty straight forward, Megas. Prem time is a funny one, all prem time drops are 1% chance, and with only marginally better odds in Megas, you could argue Smalls are best for some premium time (as I calculated per day per dollar chance). Screengrab of my xlsx, higher number on effectiveness column is better... Otherwise if you just want ships in general, crates are generally more cost efficient. But you know mate - gambling is gambling, pixel boats are pixel boats... Dubs and coal, yes please. Ships is what I'm looking for. It looks like the megas have the best chance. Although I could crash and burn with the RNG lol. Too easy mate, happy to help anytime. You'll be fine, with the amount of whaling you are doing, returns should be high... I know this from extensive whaling in the past when I had monies... I miss those days... This year from 20 big bought, 10 cert bigs I got 120 camos, Ise, Jurua, 6k dubs... I came out on top with the ships and dubs alone... Goodluck!!!!
