There was a bit of debate about this in Darklab...

I go for radar length, because if you stack things she can get almost 20 seconds, giving most allied CAs at least 2 salvos.

6. AR, 17. SI

10.CE, 14. RL

21. Your choice, AP buff and whatevs can be good, so can AA skills.

If you have the coal to spare, don't forget radar mod for slot 2.

Yeah I would do the same.

Some other people don't spec for radar at all and go PT for 2 points and Top Grade Gunner and other skills but radar is too good IMO.

Also on Asia TGG isn't necessarily that great as you will more often play outside your concealment range.

The difference between speccing radar and not is that most normal CA allies can get 2 salvos off, as opposed to one salvo otherwise and that's a big difference in my opinion.

It's due to the spotted window for allies being extended from 9 to 14 seconds...
