Even RN CA line is pretty good from Surrey onwards. Next then for USN CA line. For Russians, CL line 1st but all Russian cruisers you need good skills to evade and keep enemy ships burning and burning... But the ones easy to play are usually not bad choices. If you concentrate on BB, Yamato and Conqueror are comparatively easy to play, for cruisers, try Hindenburg, then challenge Des Moines(with higher difficulty). If you want something different, RN CLs are the most niche. If you want something more conventional, USN CAs. Soviet lines are good except at higher tiers qre highly reliant on good positioning and knowledge to get the most out of their radar while managing concealment and incoming damage.
