I think the video is very outdated.

There is no German Tech Tree Carrier (which has been released since 0.9.6 [last year 2020]), as well as the upcoming Soviet Carrier (to be released on 0.10.8 [this year 2021] and has already been teased).

 

I miss the odd tier CV ships.

T6 Independence, T7 Hiryu, T9 Essex and T9 Taiho.

 

Finally British and German T4 ships are actually T5 ships, and British T10 ship is actually a T9 ship.

I think they only compare existing CV not blueprint or fantasy if im not wrong

Good eye. I did not notice that, until you pointed it out and I rewatched the vid again. Saw that T10 Hakuryu is missing.

However, T8 Graf Zeppelin is in a weird spot. She is neither paper nor fantasy ship, but she was not completed.
