Bros!!! Don't buy it.

armor too weak. slow agility.

you have to run away from the battleship's shelling at once.

if you get hit by a Tier 10 or 9 battleship, you may almost die.

because you can't avoid it like a cruiser.

 

and should hear the criticism from the same side.

just run and hide. radar? It's too far.

I think he's expecting it to be as agile and fast as a cruiser while having the ARMOR and guns of a battleship.
I think that's his expectation of a battlecruiser.
He expects to brawl with it.

I'm quite fond of the Vanguard given it's playstyle of dodging shots and less speed bleeding in turns.
Not only that, it also recovers it's pace quite decent compared to other heavier BBs.
If only we could TEST sail the Constellation before buying.

Vanguard        32mm, 356mm       9.7 sec
Constellation  57mm, 178mm    15.3 sec      
                        (57mm armor is very wide)

i think Vanguard's armor is as good as battle ship. 

Constellation can't stand armor if it tries to maximize her strengths (radar, torp, tanking needs as BB).

of course, we can approach tactical avoidance and movement 
but entering close combat areas means that there is a very high possibility of encountering multiple enemy warships.

she has a main gun with good punch power, but the load time is like a regular battleship.

It can also be easily penetrated by cruisers even at head-on, the main advantage of a battleship.

you can even see very frequently close to half of the HP is reduced by the shelling of battleships from afar.

Its look like radar use is optional. Just look at its accuracy is decent. Si better play it as sniper to preserve HP. 

Radar and Torpedo might be used at end game to spot enemy DD or you are forced to brawl.

I am playing French BB enough to know that its secondary should be used if you are forced to brawl. Unlike German secondary that you can use to actively pushing.

 

Anyway, premium with strong pros should have major drawback. We don't want another buyfast and Kutuzov
