When is Sea of Fortune getting balanced?

It's been said to be one of the most imbalance(d) maps in the game, spawn South side and look at cover.

To balance it there only needs to be one map:

OCEAN.

Ocean is the only (perfectly) balanced map, yes. 

Most of the maps are reasonably balanced, the one I posted is not even in the ballpark.
