I want to say submarines, but with the testing still ongoing, I doubt it will be ready this year. Unless WG rushes it and comes out broken like CV rework. (They never learn.)

I don't know if WG have ever released 2 ship class for 1 nation in the same year. So Italian DD and German CC is a question mark. I started playing late.

US battleship????

Hybrids are in a questionable position. Right now there is a heated debate if hybrids should be limited or nerfed or something.

New maps and game mode would probably be released after submarines. Gotta make the under water environment look good, functional, and have fishies.

 

Best bet could be the IJN CL or RN CC. Assuming if SS is not ready for Christmas or anniversary.

But even then WG will make a curve ball and would release something we would not excpect.

Just to note, Yes, Gamescom will be DIGITAL due to the virus. so that means we can watch Virtual reveals stuff etc on August.

I want Soviet Gunboat DD with:

 1. Stalin's-pipe class smoke generator
 2. Duga Radar
 3. Commisar-behind-you torpedo reload booster
 4. Iron Curtain ofcWhyNot

If may expectation is too high then i really want to see RN DD such as  Weapon-class or Battle-class destroyer in game (perhaps a split?)

Most likely:

- Maps/modes

- Subs

Then maybe RN BCs

My money would outside bet be on MN CVs.

RM DDs would be most likely at some point in next 12-18 months.

DD with airstrike armament. In real life DD is used for scouting enemy, Vanguard of the team.... Why cannt it call airstrike to attack enemies?

 

It can be also used for nuking radar CA behind island.... Very versatile weapon!

 

Of course the DD carry this type of armament will usually lacking torpedoes

I actually think they almost build into Heavy AA Cruisers. Izusu and Maya for example. 

 

And the AA Cruiser projects, which mostly fits for a Heavy Cruiser.

If by BB split you mean fixing BC, BC, BB, BB, BC, BB, BB...

I would love an IJN BC (BB) line of a style like Myogi, Kongou and Amagi.

I really would hope for new OPS / Scenarios.
More in the like of T8 or T9 Ships.
Though I wouldn't mind more T7 Scenarios.

I do play ops with the wolves. But I start late.

If I did not catch the wolves I play 1 to 2 ops of the week with rando players.

 

Up the rebels ops. Down the British Spreadsheet!
