Just find that in PT server the radius of Cleveland's radar is decreased from 9km to 8.1km, though any change in PT server may not be applied in the next version, still I have to say this is another ridiculous attempt made by WG.

Cleveland has already got a nerf in his radar, the action time was reduced 3s, what we can expect for the next nerf? Maybe ROF from 6.5s to 8.5s? 

In the first quarter, the average stats for Cleveland are: WR% 49.7%(5/10 in tech tree ships),  DMG 34.5K(8/10), Battles 142k(1/10), so is there any reason to nerf such an OP ship?

What do you want WG? Promote premium counterpart Montpelier by nerfing Cleveland?

More like another appeasement to cater the DD mains.

All the "balancing tweak" ideas that come recently have been about making DDs more appealing to play.

She is surprisingly strong for a T8 cruiser, given that her absurd DPM and concealment outweighs her comparative disadvantage in the agility department. I'm not surprised that a nerf will come eventually for her.

MORE LIKE NERF RUSSIAN 12KM RADAR to 11km

USN RADAR is actually quiet balanced by 10km. you expect to engange enemy in 10km..... but 12km IS WAAAAY TO FAR!

nah strong Tech Tree is fine since everyone can get them. but OP premium is something you need to balance

Cleveland has to get in close at the risk of death to use radar. She is not that nimble as people make her out to be. The problem with Cleveland is not her radar: it is that fire over island mechanic. Remember, she is nerfed coming from her original T6 spot to T8 and now it is another nerf. More reason why not to use the rubbish bin as playing the tech tree ships are becoming stupidly harder.

The "so-called DD mains". I don't see what the problem is apart from the fact:
1) the "dd mains" play agressively and not smartly
2) the team doesn't support

Again, weegee fails to address the root of the problem:
1) Poor returns for passive but crucial activities like spotting
2) lack of team play

And this coming from a dd potato that manages somehow to have better performance in dds than in cruisers.

I do not recall any volume of DD players asking for a nerf of Radar range on USS CL . Am I missing something here. Of course the problem at high tier today is that choke full of counter stealth Radar, planes etc and even long range hydro and add in all the mad guns. 

But DD play just do not reward , spotting reward is a joke, capping well until proper close support , otherwise ..

That made for a no win situation for balancing sake. As others had puts it the whole reward system need total rework and yes stealth and speed advantage need to be given back to DD , majority of them but not a nerf to the 9 KM range these Radar had. I simply do not see any reason behind this change

Good point. If you are a DD player, every radar cruiser looks like a nail in your eyes.

Btw this change does nothing with me because i've got worcester and have no skilled captain for other ships in this tech tree.

Increasing DD survivabiliy for now, only to be squandered later on, when submaries are launched in the game.

Where DD's role on hunting submaries would be influential.

Compared to Cleveland, Baltimore is needs to be nerf. This is really a stupid change. I hope WG can rollback this change. Cleveland is not op in Tier 8,compare to her, there are many premium ships need to be nerf. Besides, I believe many people love Cleveland , and this is really harmful to them. This change will bring many negative effects to this game. Hope WG think clearly!
