Preventive Maintainence - on BB

The skill is a must for DD , a great addition to Cruiser old days , bu for BB, most of them it do really nothing of any use. My humble suggestion is that this skill ( for both DD and BB ) should change to cover also -30% incapacitation towards AA mounts and Secondaries too , making this a useful skill instead of also had , alternatively it should strengthen secondaries and AA mounts health pool
