Like French cruiser De Grasse and Yugoslav destroyer Split, the De Zeven Provincien-class were laid down just before the outbreak of WWII in Europe, and then spent the war lying in their shipyards that were captured by the Germans. Then they were completed in 1950s with significantly altered (and modernized) designs.

She's in her originally laid down state.

No official name yet. If either De Zeven Provinciën or De Ruyter.

No tier, no specs, and no info in consumable.

Only thing sure is no torpedo armament.

Will have to wait for a bit before knowing all the specifications.
