Please note that all information in the development blog is preliminary and subject to change during testing. Showcased features may or may not end up on the main server. Any final information will be published on our game's website.

Researchable French aircraft carriers: IV Béarn, VI Lafayette, VIII Joffre, and X Clemenceau, as well as the Pan-Asian tier X Destroyer Anshan '90, will be added to the game in the upcoming supertest session.

VI Lafayette

X Clemenceau

As of now, the French aircraft carriers concept offers the following peculiarities:

The carriers themselves have better maneuverability and concealment than their peers. Their powerful secondaries have long firing range but are not as accurate as those on German carriers.

Their airplanes have mediocre cruise speed and HP pool but restore fast.

French carriers can bring both armor-piercing and HE attack aircrafts into battle. They have no bombers but have unique deep-water torpedoes. These torpedoes are more likely to cause flooding and do more damage. However, these torpedoes cannot hit destroyers. Additionally, they are also unfit for attacking cruisers due to their longer time to arm.

The stats of these Aircraft carriers and Anshan '90, as well as the Anshan '90's concept will be published in the near future. Stay tuned.

Fake news.

I know a guy who knows a guy at Lesta, and he said that the next CV line is no other than Bias CVs. The T6 - currently named "Trotsky", is nuclear-powered and has multi-role jet fighters. He also risked his job to tell me that the T10 is named "Tchaikovsky", and drops Russian Hard Bass versions of Tchaikovsky's works during battles. Something that WG really want to keep a secret, apparently.

The sad thing is that... I couldn't care less until they introduce the CVN Enterprise, Nimitzs and Gerald Fords. And watch then pound the opfor into Freedom Submission.

That CVN Enterprise should be the CVN-80, not the CVN-65.:Smile_trollface:

Starship is not a ship.

That's like calling someone who eats omelette a vegan just because he/she doesn't eat meat:Smile_hiding:

To tell the truth, I consider that missile armed Anshan may be a good means to impliment missile into the game ---- while the missiles are damaging, the main batteries are way below the average of tier VIII-X.  And, the missiles might be even slower to load than torps, if they can be reloaded, actually.  These may greatly compensate the all-damaging nature of the missiles.  Just think of the recent "flying Duchmen" implemented by WG, maybe missile Anshan is not that absurd at all!

Yes. If I remember exactly, Anshan is one of the first missile DDs of China.

It would be good if the game could introduce those Egyptian missile boat / corvette who made history that day October 21, 1967 against the INS Eliat.
