When can we have this in our tech tree and some premium ships?

Not only that it's give best dispersion about 70% like old skill works

It's one of the best consumables in that mode. Although it's efficiency is subpar on the late game.

I'd love that as a substitute for hydro on German BBs though.

Nah Hydro stays where it is, put SBRB in the same slot as the Catapult fighter/spotter.

Wouldn't that bee too much for the Germans?

I mean they already have extended range for their secondary guns, add the upgrades and captain skills, plus this consumable could make them too effective.

I can imagine your secondaries firing before your get detected. :fish_book:

 

How bout put it on the future EU and / or Pan-Am cruiser and BB line as one of their gimmicks. :fish_book:

And yet, most German BB players don't even use the secondary build. Especially in the current meta that even the NA players can't even get into the range to brawl despite the universal secondary range buff.

Also the only secondary guns that actually matter on the German BBs are the 150mm ones because the shells have flat trajectory & can penetrate up to 38mm of armor. But the weakness of the 150mm secondary is the slow reload. The 128mm are merely firework launchers. Sure they can penetrate up to 32mm of armor, and have fast reload. But they can't hit things faster than BBs due to the floaty shell trajectory.

The German BBs need to have their secondary range buffed to their maximum concealment range in order to make the secondary usable. GK for example; need the secondary range buffed to at least 15km with full build. Alternatively, WG can just give German BBs this consumables to achieve the buff needed, without buffing the base secondary range again.

Oh yeah.

I keep forgetting that they have 1/4 pen value and not the normal ones.

I repeat what I said when the captain skill rework 2.0 was revealed:

Accuracy and range should depend on the BB/CR line. Different sec gun sizes can have different ranges, similar to AA guns. ex: German 105: 7 km stock, 128: 8 km stock, 150: 9-10 km stock.

Smaller guns -> less range, more RoF, less damage. Bigger guns -> more range, less RoF, more damage.

German BBs can have good accuracy and range, follow by the French, and so on. RM BBs can have good range and decent accuracy, but slow reload.
