Why is the flak size in 0.10.2 PT server got bigger then 0.10.1 public server and I'm losing planes my faster then public server ?

Is this another CV stealth nerf just like 0.9.9 CV stealth nerf ?

Before the update, AA guns fired from smoke are claimed to be fired from the entire smoke screen so the aircraft carrier cannot determine the exact location the AA guns are firing from, is this behavior changed after the update?
