Dante Alighieri bit of a rant

So I got the Dante Alighieri via Amazon Prime promotion thing now I start up the game today have a look in Armoury and have to get it again with

Tokens to advance up the chain. This on top of the server glitch earlier in the week I completed the Lunar Mission but did not receive any rewards 

for doing so Customer support taken their own sweet time to sort that out (take a screenshot or video ?? how you take a screenshot of nothing)

 The commander rework doing my head in. I love the game and I understand WG has to make money to support it but seriously implementation

and customer support leave a lot to be desired. It's like buying a luxury car and only having first year apprentice's in the maintenance department.

What's the point of having a great product if the backup is third rate.

Think of the first Armory bundle as a million credits, a captain, and a port slot.  Considering it's all free, it's pretty tough to complain about it.

The perk was earlier access to her, she's not sposed to enable you to get further than others on the bundle chain...

And no, it's like getting the car you are getting for free a few days earlier than expected because it turns out you pay for a premium delivery service and they're using the same courier...

But the car manufacturer is extra nice and threw in a few fuel cards because they like you being with that delivery service.

I would never be linking your different account services to different companies... It's just giving them more rights to sell your data.

The T4 and at least T5 are easily free, and even T6/7 with some codes and things can be done for free, complete missions for tokens and use the tokens to unlock them.

But you can be pissed if you like. You are getting annoyed about EA content though, you know... Content you'd normally have to grind...

Yes I went off on a tangent, I thought it would be entertaining...

Basically you got earlier access than others and some extra stuff over other folks once you unlock the first level. I think it's more than fair.

It was "mostly" free.

I got it from having a Prime subscription - which gets me a heap of little things here and there (including Amazon Prime Streaming, The Expanse, The Stand etc).

I got compenstated.

I didn't have to "rebuy it" as such - I had to get the compensation for it for the same cost in tokens.

I am one ship slot up actually - something that would normally have cost me 300 doubloons.

i had it from prime, i had to 'buy' it with tokens to progress. i do think i got credits back, i just saw it flash bottom right of screen.

You got almost a million credits, a port slot and a 6 point captain ON TOP of what you got when you first got it as a Prime Drop.
