T9 would be only some specific freemiums, and T10? Yamato, tech tree BBs, Russian tech tree ships and freemiums. Balance is non-existent in such level of competitiveness (thanks, WG). That means that each player from each side will have to choose who their Champion is, and if that Champion has already been picked, then you will just have to choose the next best option for you. In that way there are no two same Champions in a Rank match there since if a Champion has already been picked, then no one from either side can choose that and will have to choose other Champions. I don't know if that can be done in Rank here. Yet I do agree Bronze League is more accessible and Tech Tree T8 , plenty of them are quite viable .. I do not find myself lacking in my Tech Tree T8 DD even against an Ashashio, AL Yukikaze or a Tripitz, or Mass , its that gross in-balance and disparity at T9 / T10 that prohibit. Let me start paraphrasing wg quotes: "we we not change matchmaking because it -blahblahblah- waiting times -blahblahblah- more waiting times =blahdeblah= waiting times Also our spreadshits say otherwise and we will continue to blahblahblah monitor spreadshits blahblah" We already have MM that biases teams for years and that has been pointed out kazillions of times. Too many BBs of a specific type bunched into one team (or both if there are too many), yet put limits on select tiers of CVs instead.
