Need response to my Player Support Ticket

Hi,

    I bought IJN "Asashio" from armory but forgot to check the coupon on, so I requested one refund for reorder.

    I submitted one support ticket one day ago, but no manual response yet. However the coupons are 1 day left...

    Anyone knows how long the ticket will be handled on average? My ticket ID:128884414

No one here can tell you.

I've had tickets answered within a couple of hours and others have gone on until I cancelled them myself in frustration.

The "officials" who process tickets don't come into this forum giving feedback.
