Your support site is rather robotic and does not support left of field requests.

In my situation, I changed my mobile number 10 months ago. I wished to rotate my password but cannot do so unless I have my old mobile number. I have called my old service provider and after 6 months the old number is recycled.

Is there a call centre in Asia Pac I can call?

This is not a killer as I have a fairly secured password but the implication is that if I wish to conduct any work on my account I will be precluded from doing so.
