IT halp!

As you can see in the screenshot above, my minmap stops updating, my consumable timers do not renew, the HP bar does not update and the ships are invisible. This happens every 4-5 matches however sometimes I get matches like this 3 times in a row. Pls help, I have absolutely no idea why this happens but it's annoying and I don't know what to do about it. If it is of any assistance, I have lag spikes for about 15-20 seconds every 2-3 minutes which drops my fps to 18-25fps when usually it sits at around 68-75. Any help is greatly appreciated, I have scoured the forums for previous solutions but I couldn't find any with the same problem as mine 😞
