We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to Italian battleships and some other ships.

 

VII STRASBOURG

Main battery reload time increased from 24 to 25 s;

Sigma parameter increased from 1.7 to 1.8

IX Z-44

Detectability range by ships reduced from 8.08 to 7.78 km. Other detectability ranges were reduced accordingly.

VII FRANCESCO CARACCIOLO, VIII VITTORIO VENETO; X CRISTOFORO COLOMBO

Maximum SAP shell damage reduced from 14,050 to 12,500.

VI ANDREA DORIA

Maximum SAP shell damage reduced from 10,250 to 9,100;

Main battery reload time increased from 30 to 33 s.

VII FRANCESCO CARACCIOLO

Main battery reload time increased from 28 to 30 s.

VI MYSORE

Main battery reload time increased from 9.5 to 10 s.

IX HIZEN

Number of "Repair Party" consumables reduced from 4 to 3.

A ship's SAP should never have more damage than her own AP. This is a nice change. Now they can potentially reduce reload time.

Not only that, she plays more like HMS Nigeria rather than INS Mysore.

The only thing missing here is WG copy paste her and rebrand her as HMS Nigeria with RN flag.

the balancing team is biased,

or

one of the super tersters is saying everything is OP and should be nerfed except for bias boat.

 

It feels like, it's not only "anti-German sentiment", but also "anti-Italian sentiment".

They will nerf anything German and Italian.

I am gonna rant with reload nerf.

I mean i am okay with Damage Nerf because SAP is way awfully powerful against Front Bow but... The hell you need to nerf the reload when the Gun Caliber of Low Caliber/Low Volume is trash bin?

Izmail is way better than Andrea Doria in terms of having 356mm Cannon having 33 Seconds vs 320mm Cannon having 33 Seconds... My Giulio Cesare is way better anyway.

Caracciolo Dont goof nerf reload man.. It has Low Volume like Bismarck or Gneisenau...

Kansas sigma is too abysmal. Increase the sigma at least 0.1 or 0.2 would help.

Oklahoma reload is also too abysmal. Buff her reload to Arizona level (35 sec) at least.

ARP Yamato doesn't worth the amount of doublon they put at, it is basically reskinned Yamato with nothing to it's name, not even close to the anime they collaborate with, ARP Yamato is highly advanced ship and Flagship of Fog Fleet it is more advanced than Azur Lane Siren or Kancolle Abysmal, it basically has every consumable imaginable in the game but none of it was added, I know there is Klein Field consumable in the game because of halloween event but being typical WG they give ship handicapped it doesn't even have the consumable it deserve, heck if you follow anime the captain herself can have Nikolay Kutnezov skill, it is probably one of the worse deal I've ever seen for playing this game for so long, other premium ship has gimmick while this have none, it just reskinned like Roma reskinned as Littorio.

 

It is Yamato from the line which you can get for free the only different is the camo, same flat 32 mm 410 mm belt armor layout, same not so great AA, same lousy repair, same Legendary mod, same dispersion, same AP/HE damage, same cheek weakness, same horrendously slow turret traverse, same potato consumable and same horrible secondary it is true testament of lazy game design just copy paste and put it for sale, buying this ship is irresponsible act and endorse developer lazy attitude.

 

Unlike MAYA even though it is same copy paste from Atago, the ship itself is premium ship great when you are into seal clubbing, thick belt and annoying HE also have one of the best Concealment in the game, her torpedo is viable for kiting and one of few tier 8 cruiser that have repair party.

Nah ... I already have the regular Yamato (with legend mod) and Musashi thru grind and FXP so no need to shell out 200USD for basically the same ship.

They already used this gimmick on the Italian BB of which they sold the same ship 3x.

Hizen on the other hand is a new one.
