Coop records smashed. My 10 secs of fame

I know it is only coop but that is what I enjoy playing. Was a very hectic game that went the distance. Had 2 human team mates that went full potato. Never go full potato. Names redacted to prevent potato shaming.

So I'm left alone after our CV goes down and we only hold 1 cap, the one i'm in. I needed to take out the remaining Thunderer and then do a combination of speedy gonzales ( arriba, arriba, andale, andale) and road runner (meep meep) and quickly take back every cap as the enemy is going to win on points very soon. Every cap I took back slows their points and gave me a little bit more time to get to the next cap. Score timer in Aslains mod is an invaluable tool. Bot CV was my final victim.

Was wishing I was in Kremlin about 1/2 way through as being in Slava was of no real benefit except for maybe the AA. Kuznetsov captain saved my butt as I was on less than 1k hp at one point. Then used my last heal and had 20k hp to finish rest of the game with.

Smashed my previous 390k in Thunderer and 1250 ish base xp in Kremlin? 421k damage done and 1354 base xp. Never thought it possible to do over 400k or over 1300 base xp but I was wrong. Only took almost 15k games and a whole lot of RNGeesus on my side.

That looks like a very hectic/fun game.

Gotta love playing co-op , slightly less stress and can shoot up boats in peace.

OMG , how did Slava get that strong  when is nerf coming - its like the Mercedes of F1 ; just turn up and collect the awards . D

Slava is decent even in close quarters, if you know what you are doing. Just Kremlin is better. Slava has hidden armour plates in the bow and stern that don't show up in the armour viewer in port. The ship is a lot more tanky frontally than a 25mm bow ship should be.

Like I said it wasn't the kind of game where being in Slava gave me any real advantage except maybe the slightly better AA. I was really regretting not being in Kremlin about half way through. Facing Yamato, Kremlin and Thunderer in a ship like Slava with a 25mm bow was making me a little nervous. Also Slava's deck armour being less than Kremlin's is not ideal against HE spammers like Hindy and Goliath I was facing. Goliath came very close to killing me.

Just happy I could get the win and get a great result I will likely never be able to repeat.

Yes. You won't know it until you try it out. People think that just because it has weak armour means it should stay far away. It is the same with Stalingrad. People keep saying bow tank but I find her to be a good substitute mobile flanker when needed.
