I never watch the streams... So none.

It's a personal problem rather than the technical one. I mean instead of watching the hours long kind of entertainment that never gets straight to the point, I'd rather spend my time for something else like playing WoWs (or any other games), watching  yuri anime, or read any other stuffs on the internet.

And it only gives a random T7 premium, which is not really in a good shape at this moment (badly downtiered in Random most of the time & Narai being barely rewarding).

I might put some effort if it guarantees a better ship. But just like my plan on Siegfried, I might abandon it if the conditions are too steep to meet.

Didn't get a pic, but I got Ashitaka.

Not a great ship, but serviceable. Given I've already got a few good T7s, the odds of getting the remaining good ones are lower.

Like most of my premium T7's I will use it in Narai. I do prefer using BBs in Narai, as I don't need to worry about anything other than protecting transports (CV and enemy transports are a cruiser's responsibility).

Though would have preferred HMS Hood.

Oh well, free ship is free ship.

Yeah same here. I would much rather spend my little free time on actually playing games or anime.

The only time I watch streams is if I am at work and have nothing to watch/listen to in the background and if the stream is on YouTube (because my workstation really hates Twitch).

What I'm seeing is that people would rather do things other than watch the stream.

The way I do it (My situation may differ from yours so do keep that in mind) is open the stream in my browser, then play the game/do work/anything else while the stream plays.

You'll still get the drops, although you will miss out on the code(s) in case you wanted those.

Anytime you link different accounts you are giving them permission to exchange data, why do you think they're encouraging it so much!?

And the more data they have, the more they can form a profile of you. I'm not concerned about that, I'm concerned about that information getting in the hands of someone with ill intent.

It is exceptionally easy to steal someone's identity if you have a few key bits of information. The more of that information is shared by more entities, the greater the chance a criminal one will get the key piece they need.

Everytime a website asks you to login with facebook or google, I would advise against doing it.

So yeah, no it isn't about watching the twitch stream.

Oh it gets scary when you get into the details outside of just simple ID theft.

The 2016 US Presidential election was won by mere thousands of votes in certain key areas in key states.

The whole Cambridge Analytica thing was a big deal because essentially what happened was they used in depth data profiles and analysed what those sorts of people would fear and had biases towards and then did exceptionally targeted campaigns on those fears and biases.

Now imagine the difference in the US and the world in the last 4 years if that election had gone differently...?

Personal Data is the 21st century big business currency and we all (there's often no way to avoid it) give it out for free.

NB: Don't be scared or anything folks, it's already happened, best bet is to just try and limit it going any further.

Oh and if you want to limit the impact of those types of things that target your biases; avoid 'recommended' anything on fb/YT/whatevs you digest.

nah. it was always intentional there's no reason to spend the effort to collect in the first place if it wasn't to be traded for.

The KotS missions are so few these days. I usually complete the collections. My KotS is still incomplete.

That’s because most collection events give more collection containers than there are collection items, or allow collection items to drop from normal containers.

For this collection, I assume because of the reward of a T7 ship, there was exactly 16 container available, for 16 collection items.

And they made participants jump through a few tricky hoops to obtain them all. Having to use twitch was a pain, and trying to track which channels and what time...

WG likely never intended everyone who activates this collection to complete it.
Remains to be seen if they allow for it to be completed in the future...
