7 [ALDI] ButteredWafflez [ALDI] Member 34 posts 5,849 battles Report post #1 Posted September 28, 2020 With plenty coming in development, which line do you want to see developed next? Coming with a fair bit of bias here, one of my all-time greatest pains is the emptiness of the Commonwealth "line" on the tech tree. It was a discussion I had last night, and some interesting suggestions came up. After a bit of further work, there is an incredible wealth of Warships historical 'talent' that could be added to make the Commonwealth line a little less 'bare'.Commonwealth: India, Canada, Australia, New Zealand India HMIS Kistna, HMIS Jumna - Black Swann-class sloop/cruiser HMIS Assam - and all the other Corvettes (commonly used in all Commonwealth navies, including Australia) Canada HMCS Uganda/Quebec - Crown colony class cruiser HMCS Ontario - Minotaur-class cruiser Frigates/Cruisers - multiple River-class Cruisers/Frigates + many more Australia HMAS Canberra, HMAS Australia - County-class heavy cruisers, Canberra with a very special history. HMAS Adelaide - Town-class cruiser HMAS Vendetta - and the other V and W-Class destroyers HMAS Yarra - Grimsby-class sloop/cruiser NZ HMNZ Gambia - Fiji-class cruiser HMNZ Achilles - Leander-class cruisers New Zealand mainly took hand-me-downs from the UK, but certainly that adds a lot of relevance here.

Though cruisers are indeed very difficult to find proper higher-tier ones.

They're all just tired of me harping on about it constantly and the Commonwealth video series I've been doing. Commonwealth Overview Commonwealth DD Line And the CL line you have above from Earl. Overview, DDs, CLs is the order in which I released them. A limited spread of premiums (but covering most tiers) in a video is inbound in the next week or so. They aren't perfect but there's a nice variety of nations/classes represented.

The history in the Commonwealth navies, especially WW2+ is amazing and there's a lot of it. It just pains me to see "Commonwealth" in my tech tree, and it's just the two premiums. Much love to you brother!

Much love to you brother! Thanks mate!! Yeah I got annoyed on a dark night some years ago, I think it was after one of the Soviet lines were released... 'Surely we had more actual ships than them!!!' and just kept growing over the last 3-ish years. As for your actual question about lines I'd like to see (Commonwealth aside of course) and ones they haven't announced: IJN BC split (T4, 5 and 8 are BCs in the BB line). Fix the up/down of the line. RN BCs KM BCs RM DDs EU CLs IJN CLs KM CLs So many more... ...
804 [SMOKE] Mechfori Member 2,345 posts 17,384 battles Report post #14 Posted September 28, 2020 I would like to see also the French NM CL line split from the main ( from T7 ) , pan Asian CL is possible and could be quite interesting but before that I think the first to be split off is not any particular national line, but the Cruiser line as general simply put, CL, CA, and CB should be split into 3 distinct class instead of all lopped into
1,101 [AUSNZ] Moggytwo Beta Tester 1,433 posts 11,477 battles Report post #15 Posted September 28, 2020 The lines I personally want to see are RM DD's and CW DD's. The lines I don't want to see are anything cruiser related (not that I have anything against cruisers, I just don't like playing them).
1,504 [-CAT-] S0und_Theif Member 2,975 posts 12,731 battles Report post #16 Posted September 28, 2020 EU Cruiser = Yes CWoN Cruiser = Yes Yes Pan-Am Cruiser = Yes Pan-Asia Cruiser = Yes, Sort of. Can only get T2 to T7. T8 - T10 no data and info. I believe WG can conjure up T8 - T10 Pan-Asia cruiser with their black magik. EU, CWoN, Pan-Am BB = ?

174 [LBAS] EnochIsHere Member 1,099 posts 5,164 battles Report post #18 Posted September 29, 2020 I'd like to see some of these ships in one way or another: Indefatigable Class - under a RN battlecruiser line or a separate HMAS Australia for the sake of it. Unfortunately looks like AA would probably be non-existent. Renown Class - would be fun as a RN battlecruiser if it doesn't have the accuracy of a Gneisenau HNLMS De Ruyter - kinda lacking some firepower but maybe under Pan European cruisers? Georgios Averof - WG made a video on recently, maybe as a historic collectible ship Ning Hai Class - like a super slow Yubari with an extra turret at the rear

T4, as she's a bit like something between Myogi and Kaiser.
161 [TF44] CarvinMarvin Member 205 posts 1,732 battles Report post #20 Posted September 29, 2020 I mean seeing as we have the Emden as a premium, surely HMAS Sydney has to come out. I know it wasn't really much of a fair fight in real life, but surely.
