Asia server Ping

Hi, anyone here got idea if there will be any Australian server anytime?Ever? Really getting flustrated with 300-2000 ping poping here and there. 

Running ping plotter and results are avarage 200-300 ping. Iam on NBN network, with "best" connection speed transfer.. for google i got 8-10ping for example. 

The game is flustrating to play, and if you consider i got premium acount, and 4-5 years of gameplay.. it never been so bad. 

So the question is.... 

 

Will be there dedicated server for Australia ever?

or at least not Japan server.. login1.worldofwarships.jp something closer..
