I selected montana and he was autobotically placed on it!.

I think WG is also testing if they can put Commander XP resource in the daily containers.

With the commander skill re-work coming, this resource could be valuable. Especially respecing a captain if you made a mistake.

Doesn't have to be soviet DD.

Since Rumble is a Soviet captain, you can put "it" on any soviet ship.

Even on a Smolensk.

Serious note, Rumble has a high drop rate i the loot box.

If players want the their captains, I suggest that you to purchase them directly rather than take your chance / risk with "loot box".
