• Main battery guns reload time reduced from 12.6 to 12.1 s.

VIII Implacable

• Bomb parameters were changed:
  • Maximum damage increased from 4,700 to 4,900
  • Chance of causing a fire on target increased from 27% to 28%

X Petropavlovsk

• Detectability range by ships increased from 14.9 to 15.4 km. Other detectability ranges increased accordingly.

IX Riga

• Main battery guns reload time reduced from 15.0 to 14.5 s;
• Detectability range by ships increased from 14.74 to 15.04 km. Other detectability ranges increased accordingly.

"Engine boost Modification 1" upgrade:

• Bonus to the action time of the consumable reduced from 40% to 30%.

VIII Belfast '43

• Number of "Short-Burst Smoke Generator" consumables increased from 2 to 3. 

X Vermont

• Sigma parameter increased from 1.9 to 1.95.

VI Leone

• Main battery guns reload time increased from 8.5 to 9.5 s. 

IX Paolo Emilio

• The angle at which the check for ricochets is made for SAP shells is reduced from 70 to 60 degrees;
• The guaranteed ricochet angle for SAP shells is reduced from 80 to 75 degrees;
• Bonus to the ship's maximum speed from the "Emergency Engine Power" consumable is increased from 20% to 25%.

V Oklahoma

• AP shell armor penetration was increased.

X Franklin D. Roosevelt

• Number of rockets on attack aircraft reduced from 28 to 26:

X Japanese battleship Hizen, Tier IX

• Deck armor increased from 25 to 32 mm.

Leone is back. But nerfed?

More Paulo Emilio buff. Though I still want torpedoes to be at 8 km minimum not 4 km.

Belfast gets British DD smoke generator.

Hizen deck armor buff.

Vermont gets a Sigma buff. Kansas needs sigma buff.
And original Tillman document named her Rhode Island not Vermont.

Hizen buffed to regular and rational deck armour value. Though it still reminds me of the old, pre-buff Izumo....let's see how she will perform. Like Alsace, Thunderer of old Izumo?

Petropavlovsk can no longer stealth radar. Though it is still potent for spotting enemies that managed to spot her immediately.

I doubt the Italian DD made much sense with current stat , well Leone is kind of somewhat OK .. but its T10 ( cough ... T9 ) brother is not anywhere even on par with same tier peers ( but seems still better than their Soviet T9 counterpart ) , who would want to play a no armor slow loading CL masquerading as a DD when you can just go play a real CL ( and with even faster bigger guns )

the paper ships do not have to have the same / similar sounding names to real ships / other paper ships

Most ships relying on Engine Boost are actually performing in average. They do not deserve that nerf.

I would agree to that ... its not like the Engine Boost break the game ... not like Radar
