screenshot fail to save

hello guys ,im new here in forum

I want to ask something

I dunno when this happen but,usually I press screenshot and it automatically saved to screenshot folder on WoWs install folder

now it didnt save there,now im manually paste my screenshot to paint and save it

(as you can see my last saved screenshot is on september first)

is there any solution to make it save automatically again ? thx in advance

that happened to me once before, i managed to fix it when i reinstalled the game but im sure that there are easier solutions
