About updating Global.mo(po) files

Is there a anyone use Poedit or Eazy Po programe?? I have some questions.

I'm making interface mod called "Ship names into real project name". I need to edit global.mo (.po) in order to change in-game text (Ship name, Ship description.. etc.). Whenever game gets Version updates, I need edit each line in Global.mo file. 

I heard there is function to overwrite new Global.mo files with exisiting global.mo files. so All exsiting texts (which i edited) will be automatically overwrite to latest Global.mo files and only new texts will remain uneditted as original text.

Do you guys how to overwrite this?
