Wait a sec. 8th season [UMR-R]. 9th season [UMR_R].

Are they the same clan? Second time violation? Only disband?

What happened to ("in case of further violations we will take more serious measures")?

i checked that UMR-R and UMR_R are same clan

leader was a ghost account (for created only)

16 players of 22 of 50 i've checked are from UMR-R

I see. So it's a 2nd time offense. And that's in a span of 3 months. But WG only disbanded the clan.

So disbanding does not work. As it just shows that the offense can and will be repeated.

Either they will enforce the "further measure". Or just disband the clan and violators continue to create a new one and continue to violate the EULA.

The ball is in WG's hand.

Precisely.

WG has already shown with the botting issue that they are really unwilling to issue bans. WG has to decide if it wants to take further measures or just keep on disbanding them, which clearly doesn't work.
