Commanders!

After the 9th season of Clan Battles, we performed a clan check. We received clear evidence that players of [
-1S],  [FOR24], [FFD] and [CATS] clans massively and repeatedly transferred access to their accounts during this competitive mode. Such actions violate paragraphs 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3. EULA (link) and paragraphs 4.16 and 12.1 of the Game Rules (link). And just as importantly, such actions undermine the principles of fair play and competition in Clan Battles.

In light of this, we have decided, in accordance with paragraph 13 of the Clan Rules (link), to disband these clans, which entails the loss of all achievements, rating, and naval base. Also, soon the steel received as a result of participation in the nineth season of clan battles by these clans will be removed from the players' accounts. If a player has spent the steel, any ship purchased with said steel will be removed, and the difference will be refunded. If the steel has been converted to coal and a ship was purchased with said coal, the ship will likewise be removed. These actions will not be subject to appeal.

This situation will not affect the clans that played against these clans in any way. The results of your games with them will not be affected. All measures concern only the clans which violated the rules.

Now we will limit ourselves to this, but in case of further violations we will take more serious measures, up to complete blocking of the accounts of all involved.

Thank you for your attention!

Latest update on Aug 21.

After conducting additional investigation and receiving more details about illegal activities of UMR_R clan, we’ve decided not to disband the whole clan. Violators are still punished in the announced way, but as they were removed from the clan before the end of the 9th season and there was no violations from the current clan roster, the clan will be left untouched.

Does this not apply to UMR getting banned for the second time?

If anything, the first UMR-R violation should be the warning for all. Current and future clan trading/RMT violation should be a direct account ban.

According to this https://forum.worldofwarships.asia/topic/44595-psa-clan-violating-eula-for-clan-battle-season-8/ UMR_R oh wait it's UMR-R got disbanded and this time they still be able to violates again. So what is the point of this so called "punishment"? How to stop them from violating rules again? I think a more serious action towards them such as permanently ban the account would be appropriated here.

Not suprising considering this is for a very limited exclusive resource that unlocks OP ships.

Screenshot from the announcement in May 2020 about UMR-R. Note the same "in case of further violations, we will take more serious measures".

So what gives?

So, are the repeat offenders gonna get the hammer? We're dying to find out 😀

Yeah, given that they have commited the same offense 2 seasons in a row, surely this warrants a heavier penalty.... WG, this is your chance to draw the line...

Excuse me, violate the login terms

What do you mean by
Every player must have a fixed computer and login IP?
As far as I know, the members of -1S are mostly foreign students and office workers
Logging in to the game on different computers is almost normal, but I can only do so because of helplessness

As for the record of players entering and leaving the guild, some guilds in the original Asian server are close to disbanding.
So -1S takes in these players and lets them participate in CW
Should I be found violating the regulations?
If you operate according to this rule, nearly 80% of the players in the entire Asian server violate this rule.

Please follow all of them, and don’t think that your behavior is called a balance game without substantive evidence.

I did expect WG by someways should announce some evidences they found or at least specify more details, for both accused clan and other to know to stop the meaningless arguments. Things like this you should do as much public as possible imo.

I doubt WG will do that.

I have contacted the WG staff in EU server and still waiting for the reply via PM.

Seems that WG is just ignoring this kind of request now.
