Marceau is good if you know what you're doing. I've been trolling Nevsky & Venezia with that baguette.

The only problem is when the normies frown upon your role as a frontline spotter, which is rather crap due to her 7km detection range with full concealment build. CV's presence can mitigate that though. And Marceau's vulnerability against CV is literally none if you know how to get the right position. While radar is pretty much useless since this ship spends most of the time on the open water, gunboatting everything on sight.
