The blueprint explains that the EHP is 65000 hp and the SHP is 130,000 hp.

EHP is the efficiency of the engine. In fact, the engine HP we know in-game is SHP.

So, Vermont is normal when it comes to 130,000 HP.

I wonder if the developer is confused with EHP and SHP.
