Has the old report abuse via web chat gone?

I received a PM from the original player following a game, to which I added him/her to blacklist.

He/she then used a second account to continue the abuse, attached.

I wish Wargaming would take it seriously. I recall being able to attach screenshots to these types of things and report via the website. Alas, it seems to have gone.

Using one account to abuse people is a breach of ToS, but actively using a second account to bypass the blacklist is plain ridiculous.

Shade the IGN in the public forum. Public forum rules does not allow name and shame.

But you can post / report the uncensored version here:

https://forum.worldofwarships.asia/topic/33157-report-thread-for-unsportsmanlike-accounts/

or

https://asia.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/help/28687/28688/28694/28696/

Contact Support -> Report -> In Chat -> In the port -> (Follow Instructions)
