What's the most fun regular tier 8 radar ship for killing DD?

When playing DD, ships with the longest range radar are the most threat to me.

Edinburgh has 9.3 km surface detection range & 10 km radar. If you get detected, you can instantly assume there is a DD within your radar range. The only problem with Edinburgh is you can be sure as hell the enemies will focus on your crispy hull.

Chapayev & Tallinn are probably the 2nd best to bully the DD due to their longer radar range, and railgun-like ballistic.

The RN CL ships that run radar. It's hard to know if there's anyone crazy enough to do it. But if they do, those poor DDs will panic in their smoke.

DD main here and its the gun ballistics which hurt the most.

Sure you get spotted with radar but thats just being spotted. Only guns hurt you. Long range radar is not that much of an issue unless they have the guns to back it up. 

Edins are nasty but you generally don't see many of them.

You know no sane DD player venture into radar range without an exit plan and even the fastest shooting Cruiser is not eeally fast unless you are facing super slow and sluggish ones 

Having the Radar does not mean a thing if you are Radaring from behind cover or your gun do not had the performance to back it up.

At closer range even slower guns can do massive harm to DD ; at those 10/12KM range you had to able to score the hits first.

Hunting DD is no different than hunting Cruisers ir BB its a group effort usually not just one on one
