What's happening here ?
I've tried to find evidence that this is my ISP wrong doing, but I don't find one.
Download okay, streaming good. I don't play other MMO games, so I can't make comparison.
So this is definitely Asian Server. What changes you do WG ?

The only thing that prevent me to uninstall this game is because I still have 18 premium days left.
I can't play this game when every 1 second, there's 2 second lag. Really ... wtf happen in the latest update ?

no, the usual cable to desktop.

I think you can try to add wows to exception list

If you already did, try doing  port forwarding

wow ... I'm not doing your tips yet due to busy at work, but after v0.9.6.0, everything back to normal. Now it's 30ms again....🤷‍♀️
